CDPHP announced a partnership Monday with the Colonie Youth Center’s Rudy A. Ciccotti Family Recreation Center. The partnership was created to foster fitness program for people living with chronic conditions.
The “Well on Our Way” program provides support and motivation to live a healthier lifestyle for people affected by cancer, heart disease, diabetes or another illness.
According to a statement, CDPHP, the CYC and the Ciccotti Center will announce the new partnership on Wednesday, June 27 that will ensure the program stays free and open to the public.
Dr. John Bennett, President and CEO, CDPHP; Debra Lambert, Center Director, Ciccotti Center; Mary Ibbetson, cancer survivor and Certified Personal Trainer Dick Laliberte, cancer survivor and program participant will all be in attendance.
The announcement will take place at CYC’s Rudy A. Ciccotti Family Center in Albany.
