Arrest made in naked toddler case | Crime

COHOES – The father of a toddler found wandering around naked in George Street Park last Tuesday has been arrested.

Police took Sean Smith, 38, into custody at his Spring Street residence and charged him with Acting in a way to endanger a child under 17.

Smith was held for arraignment.
