Broadblast to provide mass notification and emergency alert system | News

The City of Cohoes and Broadblast, Inc. approved a contract to provide a mass notification and emergency alert system to the city.

The system will rapidly alert residents in emergency situations and for routine information such as water main breaks, snow emergencies, and many other notices.

The City encourages residents to register here or through the City’s website with their home phone, cell phone or email address or all three in order to ensure the delivery of these notification in case of an emergency.
