Recent high school grads to receive laptops | Parents & kids

Recent high school graduates from Watervliet, Cohoes and Heatly High Schools will receive free laptops from the Executive Director of the Watervliet and Cohoes Housing Authorities.

According to a statement, this is the fourth year of the “Laptops for Graduating Seniors Program” which distributed 30 computers in the last two years.

Students who live in the Housing Authorities are given priority as well as local students who families are in financial need.

The students will also receive free software updates through AIT Computers in Troy.
