CDTA announces changes to customer service hours | People
The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) announced Friday that beginning on Sunday, April 15, customer service hours in the Call Center will be reduced by one hour on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This is due to the low call volume but the Call Center will remain open seven days a week.
